New York City: Parma Black Label at Salume
A lot has been said about these “alcohol infused” sandwiches, but once you get past the gimmick this is one amazing creation. Yes the gin flavor was present, but you’re not getting drunk on this. There was a wonderful lemony after taste of the aioli that was refreshing after the salty parma and bottarga (fish roe). Topped with lettuce and in between some really great bread. I highly recommend this place and it’s unique sandwiches!
